Dragon Rowing Camps run Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. We work with Middle and High School age athletes who are beginners and intermediate level rowers. Our goal is to learn some new skills while having a lot of fun along the way! Please Contact Us if you have any questions.
Each session costs $400 per camper per weekly session. There are no discounts for those who register for more than one session or multiple campers. There are also no discounts for Drexel employees.
Each camp is open to ability levels beginner through intermediate. When registering, please indicate the ability level of the individual.
This week will be a pre-season camp for head races with a focus on lower ratings, preparing athletes to return to their teams, or for those joining for the first time.
Like the first week, this week will focus on technical skills paired with sprint racing. All rowers of all abilities will participate in intra-squad racing at the end of the session.
This week will focus on post-spring season rowing, fine tuning technical skills and explosive sprint pieces. This sweep rowing camp is open to athletes of all rowing levels and rowers should indicate their level of experience
